The multi-million dollar estate was on the mainland, but the estate sale was to be held at the vacation home in the tropics, as requested by the family.
Everything was up for sale as the family needed to downsize in a significant manner, especially for financial reasons. In its irony, there was a legitimate cause - the estate was facing bankruptcy and the only way to salvage remaining investment was to hold an estate sale to afford the vacation home which was less expensive and more reasonable to live in.
And so...

Couture household items...all up for sale
Antique trunk...Genuine birthstone crystals, real diamonds, fresh water pearls, multi-karat gold, silver, jewelry galore
The family really did need to downsize, so the antique trunk in the tropical vacation home...up for sale.
